Valarie, a New England native visited her vacation home which she owned in North Port, Florida for over 10 years before finally becoming a full time resident. After years of wanting to live the Florida dream, Valarie and her family decide to take a leap of faith and make the move in 2017 for a lifestyle change. Valarie began searching for a new career and jumped right into Real Estate. With over 20 years experience in sales, custom built homes and coming from a family of builders; she always had a passion for Real Estate. Before relocating to Florida, Valarie familiarized herself with the local areas and communities, she also currently administers a local Moms Group to get involved.

Valarie’s passion is finding the right fit by specializing in land, residential and new construction within Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. She is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs.
