Kathleen is a former Purchasing Agent for the Hotel Inter-Continental NY (Barclay) and Former Series 7 and 63 Registered Representative with Instinet Corporation. Kathleen's previous and current employment has aided in the development of her negotiating skills. Kathleen continues to educate herself for the benefit of her clients and holds her GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations. Kathleen fell in love with the Sarasota area in 2007 and has owned, leased and loved the area ever since!
